A window is only as good as the opening it goes into. On an older coastal home that means checking the rough opening for rot, squaring it up, flashing it correctly, and insulating the gap before the trim ever goes on — the steps that get skipped when someone drops a new unit into a failing frame. We install replacement and new-construction windows, entry doors, and patio and storm doors, then finish the trim so it reads as original to the house.

Remove & Repair the Frame
The old unit comes out, and any soft or rotted framing is replaced before anything new goes in. No covering up a bad opening.
Flash & Insulate
Sill pans, flashing tape, and proper insulation around the perimeter — the invisible work that keeps water and cold air outside.
Set, Level & Seal
Units are shimmed, leveled, and plumb, then sealed inside and out so they open smoothly and don't leak for the life of the window.
Trim & Finish
Interior and exterior trim is fitted to match the house, then caulked and finished so the new unit looks like it was always there.
